Terms of Service

Effective date: July 27, 2026

Acceptance

By downloading or using Solis Wallet ("Solis", "the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Self-custody

Solis is a non-custodial wallet. You — and only you — control your private keys and recovery phrase. We do not have access to your funds, keys, or phrase, and we cannot recover them for you if they're lost.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for safeguarding your recovery phrase and device. Solana transactions are irreversible: once confirmed on the network, they cannot be undone by us or anyone else. Please double-check addresses and amounts before sending.

No financial advice

Market data, prices, and token information shown in the app are for informational purposes only and are not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Third-party services

Solis relies on third-party services (Solana RPC providers, market-data providers, name resolvers, image proxies) and on the Solana network itself. We do not guarantee their availability, accuracy, or performance.

Not affiliated with the Solana Foundation

Solis is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Solana Foundation or Solana Labs.

No warranties / limitation of liability

Solis is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of funds, data, profits, or other damages arising from your use of the app, third-party services, or the Solana network.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll update the effective date above and, when appropriate, note the change in the app.
